This project consisted of a thorough condition survey, with recommendations and cost estimates, for the restoration and thermal upgrading of the original windows. One mock up window was restored and fundraising for the completion of the work is now underway.

  

  

The building is located at a predominant intersection and is largely unchanged on the exterior.

  

  

This is an as found detail showing the original configuration of double hung exterior windows with an interior ‘Storm’ sash.

  

  

This is the restored mock up window, as seen from the sidewalk – the paint colours are original based on a colour analysis.
