Hyland-Stanton House
Hyland-Stanton House, (c.1830) Barriefield, Ontario
The main challenge of this project was to add sufficient living space to the existing 400 square foot original cottage in such a way that the cottage remained dominant. This work was on behalf of the Frontenac Historic Foundation.

The house from the rear before restoration began.

The original stone cottage with a kitchen wing to the
side and a storey and a half addition just visible to the rear.
